The Waldorf Connection/Donna Ashton Product & Program Policies

General Sales Purchase Policy:

As we hold a number of special offers at various times, we must adhere to our policy that products and program prices, sales, special discounts, free trials, and the like are valid only for the dates and deadlines upon which they are offered, so they are not valid on previous or future purchases. Also any promo, coupon or discount codes must be used at the time of purchase, at the checkout page in our shopping cart, and they are not valid on previous or future purchases. We don’t make exceptions to this policy as it would not be fair practice to do so.

Physical and Digital Products:

– There are no refunds on digital products except as noted on specific programs, teleclasses, or courses. Please note the guarantees on the sales page for each individual product.

International Association of Waldorf Homeschooling

– You may email support @thewaldorfconnection.com and request a full refund within 10 days of enrollment.

– You may cancel your membership at anytime in writing by sending an email to support@thewaldorfconnectioncom before your next recurring charge date. No refunds will be issued after your recurring charge date. Once your request to cancel has been received, your membership in the private website will be removed and your recurring charge will be canceled.
You will not received a pro-rated credit back for months not used.

– As stated on the registration page when you joined:

I understand that after my trial period ends, my credit card will be automatically charged the normal member rate of $127 per year. And as long as I remain a member in good standing, I’ll continue to have access to these membership benefits. No refunds will be issued once the yearly charge has occurred.


Homeschool Academy

– As this is a 6 month program with limited enrollment, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold a space and a 3-day exit policy to quite the program is in place.

-Due to the nature of the Homeschool Academy, and the necessity for the participant to actively engage in the program and implementation of the material of the program, no refunds will be honored once the program has begun. The program is considered to have begun when the “welcome” email is sent with the information on how to access the private website where the materials of the program are housed and are downloadable, including the bonuses.

– As stated on the web page for this program, due to the exclusivity and limited spots for this program, all registrations are final for the Homeschool Academy coaching & training program.

– We do understand when unforeseen circumstances occur, so refunds are honored if requested within 72 hours AFTER the security deposit has been made.

– If you choose a payment plan to pay for your tuition in the Homeschool Academy, you agree to pay the tuition in full as per terms of that payment plan as listed on the web page for the program.

– If you choose a payment plan to pay for your tuition, and your credit or debit card is declined for any reason for any of the payments, you will immediately use another form of payment upon notification of the decline, or you will forfeit your placement in the program.

– If you choose to remove or cancel yourself from this program prior to the end of the program dates, you understand no refunds will be issued, and if you’ve chosen to pay your tuition via the installment plan, that you are still responsible for paying your balance in full.

Nourishing the Early Years| Path to Rhythm | Elementary Secrets telecourses

– please check individual web pages for each program, most allow a refund but only before
the second class begins. Any physical materials that have been sent, must be packaged up    and shipped back in sale-able condition or a $34 charge will be deducted for the refund.

– If you choose a payment plan to pay for your tuition for a telecourse, you agree to pay the tuition in full as per terms of that payment plan as listed on the web page for the program.

– If you choose a payment plan to pay for your tuition, and your credit or debit card is declined for any reason for any of the payments, you will immediately use another form of payment upon notification of the decline, or you will forfeit your placement in the program until payment is made..

– If you choose to remove or cancel yourself from this program prior to the end of the program dates, you understand no refunds will be issued, and if you’ve chosen to pay your tuition via the installment plan, that you are still responsible for paying your balance in full.


Hands-On Waldorf Training Workshop

If you choose a payment plan to pay for your ticket to the Online Business Breakthrough Workshop, you agree to pay for the ticket in full as per terms of that payment plan as listed on the web page for the program.

– If you choose a payment plan to pay for your ticket, and your credit or debit card is declined for any reason for any of the payments, you will immediately use another form of payment upon notification of the decline, or you will forfeit your placement in the workshop until payment is made.

– If you decide not to attend the Workshop, you have up until 60 days before the event begins to ask for a refund. We’ll refund your ticket purchase, less a $150 bookkeeping fee. After the 60-day cutoff, you can apply the funds to Donna’s future events or any other products and programs (except coaching with Alicia) within one year.
