Dear Busy Mom,

When my business starting growing rapidly I began working more and more. I was sneaking in my office to check email and answer client questions. Very quickly it became a case of me doing “nothing” 100%. I was distracted during homeschooling time with calls and thoughts of what I needed to be doing. The house became a very untidy environment (menacing piles of stuff that was driving me crazy!) I felt like I had to do it all and couldn't possibly! The things I loved doing with my girls previously was a distant memory and I knew something had to change or I would implode.
So, I talked to my husband. We hired a college girl to “play” with the girls twice a week (money came right out of my business) We juggled some other duties around. I took a Parenting coaching class which was like the life-saver I needed in my storm of craziness.
Little by little, I got a nice strong rhythm going again that met all of our needs.
